You can laser print on clear mylar. Laser toner and mylar resist most paint solvents.
Copiers use the toner process, most will handle mylar, and many have a setting for "overhead transparencies". My local FedEx/Kinko's has a combination printer/copier and transparency sheets (mylar). Take the files with you on a USB stick and print them out, perhaps.
I didn't see the questions above, sorry! I was looking for some artwork of a specific nature as well as the (water based) decals. (Not going to happen with my ink jet)
