Here is a neat DIY tubing bender

Remember to heat the pipe to prevent kinks.

I've also used a 12" wheel to bend tubing.

Or fill the tubing with sand before bending...

Would be better if it had a continuous even arc.

The point is to build it the way you would want it.

I've tried sand and I've tried with a spring sliped over the tubing without much luck.

The best way is with a tubing bender, this is a cheap way.
