Is it really a chain roller? All I see is a flat piece of metal bolted down. But my eye's are going south. Still a clean ride.
It is a good looking bike. I'll guess that the chain guide's a piece of thick rubber, like a chunk of tire sidewall or conveyer belt material. Just enough to keep the chain from dragging directly on the edge of engine plate. If you rode the bike much, it would be a regular service item. I'd like to see a closer pic of that, and a close-up of the apparently home-made bracket anchoring the pin for the clutch brake.

those chrome plumbing parts can be bought new at any good hardware store. that rubber chain flap is actually a good idea imo. maby put a piece of spring steel under it but it just stops the slap
