First Build Begins!

#1
Recently I posted in the "What Is It" (http://www.oldminibikes.com/forum/what-is-it-/114179-pull-shed.html) and I got mixed answer on what it could be. I mentioned I may cut and modify the frame for a Lifan 125cc. That's not going to happen because my uncle had a Jiangdong 5.5 HP motor he wasn't using and let me have it, what good luck! So the motor had been sitting outside for 3 to 5 years under a balcony/high deck thing. I cleaned the motor, put in fresh oil, and it started right up. Here is a run down of the items I have and what will happen to them.

Frame- Handle Bars- Forks
-Right foot peg needs adjusted
-Eventually sandblasted and painted

Wheels
-New bearings in front hub
-Rear sprocket will get sandblasted

Engine
-Needs new exhaust
-Needs spring for throttle control
-Gas tank is removed (I will be rigging up a tank that mounts on the main frame)

Seat (Google search: Skateboard Motorcycle Seat and see for yourself! I'm a huge cafe racer and scrambler fan)

Parts on Order
-Clutch
-Chain
-Throttle Control
-Grips
-Throttle Cable
-Brake Lever
-Brake Cable
-Bearings

I will be running a 12 tooth clutch to a 60 tooth sprocket, will that be sufficient?

First step will be getting everything set up and running and then I'll tear it down and make it look pretty!
Thanks for looking and stick along for the ride!
