Flea maybe?

I was told it was a flea? also how do I add a sprocket to this rear wheel?

not sure, but that's a Cat wheel on the rear end.

Only a few bikes used axle mounts like that. Sensation was one, but they were a little different.

Fox used them, but I'm not familiar enough with them to know if that's one or not

the issue I am seeing with a flea is most of the ones I see have suspension on the forks

Yes it's a Bug Engineering Flea.
