I have a Rupp C-350 project. It has surface rust on the frame, will need a total sandblast. There is no engine. I have a nice set of original finned wheels with new tires and tubes, a decent rear chrome fender, NOS front fork tubes, new upholstered seat. It is a good starting point for a nice bike. I'm asking $250.00/offer for it. I will box and ship, charge will be actual shipping cost.
