I found this 1969 Taco 22 - Serial # 9P3 at Turlock Car Swap Today
I'm curious about the Front Forks ?

Yours also has resesed seat brackets. Not sure if they were changed. Mine are welded to the top of the top frame rails.
It's a nice bike. Hopefully the taco experts will be here quickly to chime in.

Yes, your seat brackets are correct too so are the rims. Very nice find, should have a 3hp Briggs engine on that one.

Good score. The forks are correct. In 1969 the frame change . The top part of the frame is wider so the seat rest inside.looks like someone added jack shaft brackets.

Well The Swap was Small Everybody thought it would rain - A guy 77 years old brought a 69 CZ he bought new , maybe I should of bought that Too. See you all at the next Swap - Oh yea the CZ was $600 dollars - I'm glad somebody bought it -
