See pics of frames/forks. I can't identify brands. I am in a divestment mode. If I don't give this stuff away it will most likely end up in the scrap pile. I should not sell it as it is a companion piece [pit bike] for a Land Speed Car that we used to take to Bonneville. The first engine has a B&S ring gear [off a much larger and later model engine] and is equipped with a starter and small battery......that starts the first engine. Then, when its engine is revved the comet clutch engages and fires the 2nd engine and, in turn fires the 3rd engine. Pretty tricky I thought. The original set-up used [of course] #35 chain...but THAT WILL NOT WORK! No matter how many set screws used to hold the drives on the engine shafts the sprockets would 'chatter' on the shafts and loosen up the sets and throw them around the shop! Honest. So I got rid of the 'solid' chains and rebuilt the drive system using "V" belts which have some 'slippage'. That worked....by that time my patience was wearing thin. The triple throttle linkage would strike fear in the heart of a watch maker. It is not fast...But it did sound good with the little straight pipes. Has not been started in 10 years. That is a VERY COOL looking Studebaker. Is that you in the picture, or are.you associated with that car. Bonneville is a very unique place. I have been there during Speed Week. The array of one-of cars, and the amount of small independent race crews compared to the mega sponsored stuff that has taken over so many forms of racing today makes it very refreshing. The way hot rodding started out. It's almost like going back in time 50 or 60 years, walking through the pits.

No, that's my eldest son. He died a few years ago so I don't go to the salt flats sense then. That's me in the old Chevy push truck On legal gas [not 'fuel'] and naturally aspirated [no turbo or blower] we got it up to 251 MPH.
