Go kart Find - what is it?

I can't seem to find any info on this gokart I recently picked. Yoop posted it for me on the Vintage kart site but no one has chimed in so I thought I would try here. Any ideas/suggestion on the make and age?

im on the vintage kart site every day I dunno how I missed it ..

its a strange one .. has rupp pedals simplex steering wheel frame looks like a manco except wrong steering hoop and seat back .. the wheels ive never seen befor ..

my guess its from across the pond somewheres ..

fix it up slap a 2 smoker on it and you will have a one of a kind kart ..

ill stir them guys up on the vintage kart site ..if they dunno then nobody does ... lol

Those are not Rupp pedals. It's some type of a yard kart.
