my honda 5.5 runs but has no power,no gov still no power?

Need more info! Has it been sitting all winter? Was it running fine and suddenly changed? Did you alter something on it and now it doesn't run well? Stock or aftermarket carb? How is your throttle set up, is it opening the throttle fully? Need more info!

thank but i fond out stock carb sucks will not run off chock, will just use my animal engine on instead.

If it only runs on choke then there's a problem with the carb, usually gummed-up fuel from sitting unused for too long.

take card apart take out main jet and im tube clean them the im tube has really small holes in it take a piece of wire and poke through all the holes spray carb cleaner in every port and hole in the carb . i had the same problem with a couple of motors i got only run with choke on .i cleaned them and no more problems.
