Its a newer tank w/ratcheting cap, it has a dent in the top and some scratchs in the paint and someone drew on one side with a sharpie. Some surface rust inside and something is rattling around inside, no petcock

Is it real crusty inside? In the pic it is hard to really tell. Can you make a bigger pic so my old eyes can see it better?:wink:
