I can ship a small frame Tecumseh engine anywhere in the lower 48 through UPS for about $25. Much less if it's closer to me. I think I paid $15 to ship an HS40 to Eastern PA and about $20 to ship one to Western NY. The most I've paid was $24 to Southern CA.

The key is to buy your label through Paypal. You have to enroll ahead of time, and your discounts kick in about a week later.
