h50 throttle linkage ?

I am in the middle of converting a h50 snow blower engine throttle linkage for minibike use. I found the linkage rod part #30712 was correct for this engine. as you can see in the pic it is not long enough. does any one know what is the correct length of the oem rod? what I have is 4 inches. Jeff

sounds right- I had a h60 not long ago and it was longer then what I have- I need to check with the vendor on ebay and see if they have the parts mixed- thanks

The one in the first picture is for the carb to the top governor arm. Here is a picture of what you need to convert over to mini bike controls

its part number 31879 that you need to go from throttle to govenor. the one you have on the engine right now goes from the top of the governor assembly to the carb itself.
