Most of the ranchers and farmers are not exactly sale's minded! So I doubt anyone is lazy.
But if you study the ad. It states, "price tag still on the tank"! Thats a better indication of condition than any fancy wording I every heard!
If I did not have a big doctors bill this month. I'd be on my way to buy both the Rokon and Powell scooter.
