well, long story short some people got drunk at my house, went into my garage and put oil on my clutch.... -.- is there a way to get it off without smoking it all off and burning the pads ?

Spray it down with brake cleaner.

thanks guys, but umm, what if i said i tried to drive it until i realised the clutch started to smoke ? will it still possibly be okay ?

spray it again really good with the c/c , maybe blow it out with an air gun and just go for a ride and let it get up to temp until the cleaner burns off, should be fine though. I dont think that would cause the shoes to stay engaged.:shrug:

when i parked it it disengaged, plus i have 12 - 40 gearing... on a 5hp cart that weighs approx 120 ? i got it going 10k down the street .lol.

Spray off, Ride. No problem. Next time a bunch of people are coming over to get drunk, Stay one step ahead of them by putting oil on the floor of your garage around your mini bike.:thumbsup:
