Help identify this minibike wheel?

A friend gave me this wheel. Looks like an old craiger. It's a 6-inch split wheel with 5 bolts. Would just like to know what it is so I can blast it with walnut shells and polish it up and find another for a front wheel.

Those were found on General Appliance bikes. As Capguncowboy said, Trail Horse and Trail Blazer. Also on Cestad bikes and the front of the trikes.
