The wives and girlfriends really want to be a part of it but it does take some patience it's true..

Well the sandblast part goes a little easier after using the chemical stripper,

Within a day or so of sandblasting the raw metal parts are again treated with *Rusmort and this time a hot water rinse along with some baking soda to nuetralize the acid as well as a hot air dry. Then I like to wipe on a super thin layer of straight *Rustmort to hold off that rust stain color while the rest of the project catches up...

Like Clockwork it's Saturday again

After the proper metal treatment and with other projects pressing getting some epoxy type tough primer/surfacer on at least the forks and front wheel might be the best progress we can muster this weekend but we're doing something to get a seal from the elements .





Again with a team theme turning out to be the edge that gets er done...

... almost got in the hammock and instead dry fit things back together to bump start the mini project along...so many projects were pushing this one even off the back side burner.:doah:

..Still need to clean the frame up a bit before primer..
