HM80 with Walbro LME carb tuning help

#1
Hie everybody, been working at getting an older Eaton snowblower going. It has a Tecumseh HM80 motor with a Walbro LME carb on it. I have cleaned the carb and put a new carb kit in it. I checked the spark as well and it is a nice big blue spark, but it still won't stay running. I'm stumped on this one.

Here's a video of what it it doing, I have to have the choke on full to get it going, then it will run for a bit at half choke before it quits.

I've tried adjusting both the high speed and idle mixture needles and it hasn't improved. I also made sure to bend the tab on the float to get the right float level which was 5/64-7/64 according to my Haynes manual. The gas tank is clean and it is flowing good to carburetor.

Thanks for any help and suggestions.
