HSK 600 Carb Questions

#1
I am planning to use a Tecumseh HSK 600 (3 HP) or an HSK 850 (4.5 hp) 2-cycle engine on a build. I just want something different....

1) Will the stock carb work on either engine? I can fabricate a throttle,if necessary.

2) If I changed the carb on either engine, what would be the best to use? I can fabricate an adapter-my brother has the ULTIMATE set of tools......

3)I can also fab a header pipe,if needed.

Thanks for any info-this is gonna be a cool build if I can adapt either engine. Right now I can't decide whether to put one on my little Monster Frijole or my Ruttman Toad. Although I also have a Grand Prix Deluxe Efenel that is begging me to do something far out with it......

They are all about the same thing.. Not the most awesome engine in the world.. They aren't really meant for abuse during the hot summer months... They burn up easy..

But yes, they've been used and don't work too bad.. They are easy to find so you can always replace them easy enough once the machine is built to accept one..
