Maybe more than one brand used that type of scrub brake but the frame sure looks like a sears bike to me. Brake is exactly like my Roper.

Rear sprocket looks like the same used on some Bird Golden Pintos.

The rear wheel rim and sprocket don't look original, the front wheel rim is original.

I’m thinking it’s not original. None of the different charger models have a scrub brake. Everything else (frame/fork) looks right. I’ll have to look under the paint to see if it appears to have been added on. Thanks.

…originally, I thought the rear 6” brake/wheel was original & the 5” front mag was swapped.
Seems it’s the other way around.
