Not sure but with manual push pull control rods I would bet that the front axle pivots in the center but the front plow is hooked to the main frame.
Just the type of machine to make work some fun too.

Those were made in Colorado using junkyard car parts at first. I hear they work pretty good. Goggle the history, Its a neat story.

this one is at our local show every year. its tomorrow actually. ill take more pics if its there. it caught my intrest because i recognized the T-90 jeep transmission

I owned one years ago. It's a Gibson tractor. I used it to plow out my driveway in the winter. You steer it with one lever and use another one to raise and lower the front blade. They came with Wisconsin motors. That was one little tractor that I wish I wouldn't have sold.
