ID Help Cat ? Gilson?

I picked up 3 bikes and 2 trikes last night I have not been able to ID this Bike I thought it may be a Cat but I can not find a Cat with forks like this. I am pretty sure the forks are Gilson but all the Gilson bikes I found photos of have sting arms did Gilson make a bike like this? Thanks Cliff

Thats a cat 250 frame but not sure what frorks were put on it.

Cat 250/300 frame, Gilson/Wards forks. Looks to still have the Gilson front wheel too.

Most Cat forks I've seen were crunched. Hence the Gilson forks.
