Rokon bikes are unmistakable as they are 2 X 2 (2-wheel drive) and have been since inception. They also have about 15" of ground clearance.

Whoever made that should have taken lessons from Rokon in minimalist frame design.

This bike does have similar hubcap/wheel covers like the Rokon Trail Breaker, but is no Rokon for the reasons described above.

The bikes in posts #6 and #9 have a sprocket on the front wheel. Is this a mechanism for 2 x 2 drive a la the Rokon? The Cub shares the same DNA as the OP's bike.

The Nethercutt Trail-Breaker (the original name of the Rokon) debuted in 1958 so Arctic wasn't 'trailblazing' the technology.
