Kick Stand

I'm looking for a Gilson/Chalmers kick stand. Will a Rupp stand work. They look very close

Hey Bob, if you post what your looking for in the classified "wanted" section, someone might have one to offer up.
As far as will a Rupp stand work or not, I haven't a clue.

My Gilson takes the kickstand that has the wavy bottom that is similar to bicycle stands. My frame has the two pieces that stick up that allowed the non-flat base to bolt on. The Rupp's had that extra U channel piece that sandwiched between the two pieces. I have one I am using on my Gilson, I just need to figure out how to make it 2" shorter!
