cant wait to see a vid!!

gotta luv the flattys. any idea on possible hp?? can we get a cost estimate then?
Well now I have to add $12 to the tab for sand-paper & paint.
I'm thinkin this will cost me around $250 total when I'm done.
Some of these parts were put away for 3 Years.

As far as Horsepower, it should make at least 5.:doah: I would say 7HP tops.
With the long rod & stock crankshaft, I might be reducing torque output.
I don't know for sure because my Briggs Desktop Dyno software won't work.

The rod is custom made by a kart racer & I got it from ebay.
It's designed to use the Horstman Nut & Bolt kit from there top of the line H-Beam Rods.

I just painted the engine block gloss black and had my brother look at it yesterday.
I think it looks good, but my brother says there is alot of red showing through.
I might touch it up with a paintbrush, but I'm too lazy to respray it, especially with all this rain.

I'll post up some pics later.......
