Lil indian?

I just bought this one thinking that it's a lil indian. Hopefully someone will know for sure. Previous owner said he was told that it was an arco or lil indian. Have to make a motor plate but frame is solid otherwise.

Thank you, I was fairly certain but it's always good to have the opinion of someone who actually has them.

The 2 brackets on back of frame and spring in neck is the give a way. One bracket for disc brake and tiny bracket to hold the cable.
