Looking for a Boonie Bike Gear shifter in good shape

I need a 2 speed shifter for a Boonie Bike that the plastic is not cracked!

I've only seen a few in person and they were all metal with a type of plastic/vinyl glued on and the writing was heat pressed into the vinyl. Wonder if you could have that 3-D printed....
