Looking for a "how to fab tube-in-tube" front forks thread

Anyone know a good thread on how to fabricate tube-in-tube front forks allowing 3" or so inches of travel.

The hard part about those is finding the proper springs

I will be doing something similar soon, except external coils.

cant seem to find the other page. If i were going to make internal ones id probrobly do like on the super broncs and hold each end of the spring with a bolt. I made this thread a while back maybe youll get some ideas http://www.oldminibikes.com/forum/general-minibike-talk/52073-suspension-forks.html
