Looking for some information

I believe I have a 1970 Montgomery wards mini bike. The motor that is on it is a 4hp Tecumseh (not running) what is a good engine to replace with? I would like to know what are decent options? I'm sending frame and accessories out to be sandblasted and powder coated. The build is for my 5 year old, and we are going with the Punisher theme. Frame and accessories are going to be matte black with carbon fiber vinyl decals. I'm also looking for a small billet head lamp if they are out there, and wheel and tire upgrades. Any help is appreciated.

I agree with cheesy1- Let's see some photos first. Why are you bailing so quick on the "non-running" engine? How about looking into getting that one running? Depending on what is wrong it MIGHT not be that much work or expense.

I think the 4hp Tecumseh would be a perfect engine size for someone of that age as the intended rider. And, with the right gear ratio, it'll still work with an occasional adult rider as well.
