Mini Bike Brakes

#1
Sorry if this is a dumb question but I would like to add breaks on to my mini bike project but I can't figure out how I would accomplish this with the rims I have now. Currently it has a foot brake but it didn't stop the bike well with the 2.5 tech I had before I started to fix it up. I'm planning on putting a predator on and fear I am going to have a hard time stopping. The back rim has the sprocket welded on and both rims are solid so there are no bolts to attach anything to them. Here are a few crummy pictures that may help give you a better idea of what I am working with. Any suggestions on how to add a rear or front brake without having to weld anything would be appreciated.

Ignore my last post. I think I figured it out. It's just a band brake and you can get the chain guard from OldMiniBikes which will accept the clutch band brake. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
