You rolled into my life and made me smile
I rode you every day for more than a mile
One day you drank all of your oil and never asked for more
You tried to warn me but I did not know what the white smoke was for
I pushed you home, dejected and sad
I kicked you in the tire, I was really mad.

Then one day I saw on Craigslist a Go Cart
I bought it just to get you a new heart
I had it home an hour and the transplant was complete
I was riding again and boy it felt neat

One day your rear end got squirelly in the muddy grass
You went head over heels six feet in the air and I slide 20 feet on my ass
I pushed you home holding your broken parts in my pocket
Will I ever again ride my rocket?

I will strip you, repaint you and buy you some new parts
I hope your engine stays good and I will not have to buy anymore go carts....
