if i change the muffler 2 a strat pipe will in lower the back pressure on my motor its 7and a half years old or will lose pressure or gain?

your going to have less back pressure I would put a free flowing air filter on to it will help a little

so i should take the big airbox off i can do that i have a small ovel airfliter

or just put a new fliter in the airbox

You will have to check your engine after doing mods like that to it to make sure it not running too lean. You may have to go up a size or two on the main jet unless you have a adjustable main jet type carb on the bike all ready. If your engine running correctly the spark plug should be tanish colored if your jetting is correct.
