Not for sure on the impound stuff but our city sells on it now instead of sending items to a local consignment auction. Even the truck one of our workers wrecked and a core machine a supervisor bought for $93K and only used less than 20 times. Results for in Kansas; Topeka, KS

By the Navy Seal sticker, instead of a pit bike, it was an aircraft carrier bike.
