Need Help<----Newbie

I just got a 1970 cat400x frame(i think thats what it is) painted rolling chassis, with 3 motors but not completed and missing peaces and a throttle for a 150 bucks, which i hope was a good idea. i need help on what parts i need to make this thing work.
