hello from Alaska,
just picked up this frame, previous owner thinks its a Rupp Bronco, it has
Bronco image molded into foot pegs.. can't find anything in my searches with tank or handle bars like this... any info at this point, would be more than i got...

those are BMX bicycle handle bars , I have the same pair on my dirt jumping bike.
