noisy clutch

well this does not really belong on here but there isnt really a general motors forum and sice the clutch is on a clone i will post here.

i have a comet clutch one of the cheaper ones i got off sledpartsguy on ebay for like 30 bucks, its a nice heavy duty clutch. the only problem is the thing is noisey at idle and when you are moving but arnt giving it gas. with my ols clutch there was a grease fitting and you could grease that baby up, but i dont see one on this clutch any ideas

They will ping and make a little noise at idle because there is some left to right play on it. Nothing you can do really

ok but on my old clutch it had a grese fitting where did that grease go

You need to put a few drops of oil where the bushing is. Usually where the c clip is.

take the snap ring off then take the clutch drum off and put some wheel bearing grease on the bushing and shaft that should help out a little bit.
