original Arco bike owners.

I am working on an Arco bike that is going to be raffled off at Windber,I am in need of the dimentions for the mounting holes on the clutch gaurd and if you could show a picture of it mounted on bike,I believe I have the original mount for it. Later on I will be needing the decal place ment for the bike too. Thank you very much in advance for the help. Rick

Here is another question,did the Arco bikes use axle bolts or axle shafts on them for mounting rim / tire to bike?
