I never heard of such a thing. But he claimed it was an option? It definitely fit the front of a goat he had there and it seemed well built. But whether or not it was a goat item or someones invention?? I don't know.....

Did you see the price tag? $200.00

Just when you thought you seen it all... $200.00 I don't know what you could buy it for, but with some research you could track him down. I talked with him for a little as did my Father. He's from Pa and knows the tote goat guy from Belleville real well, The guy with all the goats at Windber, who's father was a dealer. Some one knows who I mean. So I'm sure with some investigative work he can be found.
