picked up a baja dirt bug

got this over the weekend.
pulled the engine
had the motor from my coleman project
had a pipe that did not work for another project.
cut re-indexed it rewels and header wrapped it
it is hanging to dry in the one photo cause i found it is easier to install the wrap wet.

waiting on some new chain to come in and replaceing rubber idler with a sprocket

I don't believe you could get a Yellow DB 30 here in Canada. I just got a very clean 2008 model with only a few hours use. I'ts the typical orange/red color.

I like the idler sprocket idea instead of the rubber like roller. They always seem to never rotate and develop a flat spot.

My buddy use really good ABEC 10 swiss bones skateboard bearings in the idler wheel and this helped a lot.
