I love this thing!!Just cooked,turkey.greenbean cassarole,home made candyed sweet potatoes,regular mashed potatoes,homemade giblit gravey and brown and serve rolls.In 1.5 hours..these pressure cookers are the BOMB!!!!
Forgot to mention that the turkey was a 15 pd bird.
