pull start

Had to replace the pull start for my colemen ct200u ex once but it feels like the fly wheel is locked up it only spins so far I don't know if it's supposed to spin farther or not

Did you replace just the rope or the complete assembly? If just the rope you might have wound it too many turns before inserting your new rope.
