Really cool old kart

I saw this last week on Craigslist. I asked KKK what it was, but I don't think he's been on much lately. Engine was a '62 model Lauson H25

Anyone know?

I'm going with creatively home built. I don't see that as a production machine, too unsafe looking. Ralph Nader would not approve.

Looks like the engine came off of some kind of appliance or something, with what appears to be a big double pulley (maybe with some flywheel action).

you buy it off Ambrose or are you trying to ID it for him......Thought he said he yanked the engine and sold the kart off.

No, I didn't buy it, but was the one that told him about it. He kept the engine and sold the rest of it. I was just curious if it was manufactured or if it was a one-off home made or whatever
