Does anybody know what this is? Is is a 2 stroke motor? And how much power does it give out?

It is a 4 cycle engine around ~2hp.
Not too good for anything other than a reel lawnmower.
Output shaft runs at one half of engine rpm.

It's a four stroke. 1 3/4 HP. This was the engine I learned about spark with. My Father had one on an old hay elevator, and the neighbor kids told me to grab the spark plug while they cranked. Last time I unknowingly did that. Here are a couple of links on it.
