big downer here anybody know whats going on with the recoils?

A very hard part to find. They were being reproduced a few years back but I do not think the gentleman is making them anymore. They were selling i believe for $400.
Try Lowrider chassis or blackwidow motorsports on FB.

Have you tried to reach out directly to Nate?
I know he's barely, if ever on this site lately.
I also know He's not a scammer.
I was told directly that this is his last batch, and everyone that has a deposit on will be built and delivered. Unfortunately business is booming (a good thing actually) and the recoils (hobby) have taken a back burner.

There’s no way to contact him directly, but if you can find a way or know one, I’d gladly like to know. I’ve already venmod him a long time ago

Hey guys, my apologies for the lack of response on here. I recently went full time with my own foundry business and never would have thought I'd become sooo busy so quickly. So I do appreciate everyone's patience and please rest assured, absolutely no one is getting scammed. The truth is I make no money on these, i literally cover my costs, I just try to help out the minibike community that I love and get some bikes back up and running. Unfortunately that means these sometimes take a back seat to my production customers. So here are the long awaited updates:

• All of the laser cut steel for the clutch assemblies, and custom made hardened washers is cut
• The DOM tubing bushings for the center of the clutch is cut to length
• The spring wave washers, snap rings, rivets, and brake shoes have all been received in
• All of the CNC machined steel bushings that go in the cast cover have been made
• Many covers are already cast with just a few left to go
• The new CNC machined (as opposed to cast like the last run) inner pulleys are all made and better and stronger than ever
• The custom ordered recoil springs are being made right now
• We secured the last stock of OEM rope guides that I know of in the country
• We are working with the same supplier from the last run to get the original rubber pull handles produced, but just like me he is extremely busy

I will send another progress update in the next couple weeks as wee get closer and closer to getting these mailed out. Also I'll post some more pics, these are just what i have on my phone. I can assure you all these will be the best recoils we've produced yet!
