I've looked at this thread 4 or 5 times now. I honestly think they're muscle bike bars that someone has bent. They look great, and would give a taller rider a little more leg room.
If you look at the George Barris scrapbook thread on the first page halfway down slywilliez posted some pics of his flamer. If you look in the background you can see a bike with these handle bars on it. Check it out. You could always pm him and see what their on. :thumbsup:
