ruttman for sale in michigan

i have what i believe is a ruttman spyder it will come with a 5hp briggs fun power engine with clutch also has a clutch brake/chain guard setup i just bought for 65 i believe it has ruttmans original 2 piece wheels..if i remember correctly the seat does have little tears in the back corners but other then that in good condition also have chrome fenders.motor does run however it will need the newer style recoil starter it has the newer style crank i have been using the old pullstart setup an keep breaking starter clutches using it..im looking to get 250 firm this is a pretty nice bike

i also have alot of briggs flathead mod parts for sale lots of billet 2

i am located in ypsi/ann arbor area

I went to snap pictures and discovered the rims are not 2 piece they are solid white rims..this could be a ruttman wildgoose i see one on ebay going for 356 right now and the frames are juss alike with removable/folding footpegs and a kickstand and chrome fenders..i did not get pictures my camera phone does not have a light and its to dark right now.

after looking at them the rims may be 2 piece im not positive i just pulled it outta the garage real fast to snap pictures its to cold to examin it lol

****OH AND BY THE WAY THE MOTOR THAT IS ON IT DOES NOT COME WITH IT****

Are they 6" wheels? The reason I ask is I picked up a bare frame (forks, fenders & footpegs)for $50.00 and am on the fence on the wheel size.

HAHA!!! Yeah... it's about impossible to get a price out of a mini bike on craigslist.. some times super cheap ones pop up and 35 people go to buy it in the first 5 minutes... but if it's marked close to the right price it will sit for a million years. :shrug: Hell... relist it for 35 bucks and you'll have 800 people there instantly... Yeah it's worth 150 bucks though for sure.

My son wants to find an engine for it and keep it. I think that's the new plan. He and his buddies had a blast riding the other ones this past summer. I'll see if he's still interested,I was about done @ his age. Dreams of Girls,'55 Chevys,Sportsters,the end of innocents.Too bad we have to grow up,my Jr. High years were the happiest times of my life.
