Ruttman washer frame, the bike is complete other than the inner throttle cable.
It has had a scrub brake aded , custom clutch/chain guard, forks are bent but not too bad. I think the seat and wheels are original.
3 hp Briggs newer than the bike. They would not budge on the price probably a fair price for a rider.
