I think that's it!

What the devil is with the seat mount? I can't tell if the fender is holding up the seat or vice versa.

Without a Torque set up I can't imaging it being much of a trail bike...

That's because the same manufacturer made both bikes in Taiwan, I can't remember the name but it has been spoken here.

Jan Ho was the name I was looking for. They manufactured the Minico, Hap Jones, Zebra, and possibly Gemini minis. A good Taiwanese manufacturer as many were before China took over.
