I had a Mike Bike back in he day and that looks like it. You will need fenders and all mine had was a clutch cover no chain cover. The seat needs replaced with the right on the base might be right but the foam in gone for the years. Mine was a light powder blue with a black seat fenders were short too. I remember the mud flying every where up my back and from the front wheel. I see the kick stand is missing too. Nice bike back then I was riding with trail 70s they were a little faster on long rides. Some time I would get them back by getting my Dad's old 59 Cushman out and then they could not keep up.
