I got this on a deal with a bike I wanted for the original wheels and stars.. I am selling it as a BARE frame.. no forks/wheels/seat etc. (the forks were bird ones and the wheel was 1 bonanza kidney bean and some other one not original). bare frame only.. The frame needs some work.. There are parts where someone grinded the tube to make a engine fit. and other things. No cracked headset or anything. I can do all the metal work , but then you will not get a good deal.It does need some man hours put in it.. There are layers of paint at least 3 on it, but I can see the original red.
All the joints and the rear wheel dropdown's are fine and not cracked or rewelded.
The frame is straight and true in case someone wanted to Clone one or re-pop them.
Perfect start for a frijole project If you know how to ..:grind::hammer::censure::thumbsup:
I am asking $75 obo for the frame AS IS picked up, I can ship for actual charges only (should not be much). It ain't pretty , but it sure is a hard to find frame. There is no rust through or cancer on this frame.
